During his years as a business executive he built and managed international teams that specialised in pushing the envelope to do things that had never been done before. Rodney has coached senior executives, middle managers and individual contributors all around the world and has found his highest reward in watching people do what they thought was impossible.

In 2001 Rodney left his position as Company Director to focus on consulting to large international organisations as a business and personal achievement specialist with a focus on leadership and personal effectiveness. Tony Saunders

Tony Saunders has been a professional entertainer for over 20 years. His experience of working with people started as a swimming coach, working with people between 4 and 94! His hobby was magic, however, and this led into work as an entertainer. Starting off as a cruise ship entertainment organizer, Tony found himself arranging sport and entertainment. Magic and the entertainment combined and today he works both as a corporate entertainer and as “Sparkles the Clown” for children’s parties and functions.
Thanks to his experience with the swimming coaching, Tony finds it easy to combine his coaching skills with his performing experience and use these talents in the public speaking training arena. He has worked with adults and children to help develop their confidence and public speaking skills.
Tony was a director of SpeakersBank Australia from 2006 - 2009.
